Brainchild was founded on the idea of accessibility.
We kept hearing the same stories from parents. They couldn’t get an appointment for months. They spent hours on the phone trying to reach someone. They left visits without clear information. Their child’s physical or sensory needs weren’t met. We built Brainchild to change that. Every part of what we do is meant to make care easier to reach, easier to understand, and easier to feel good about. We made this practice for you and your family.
When we say “Accessible” we mean:
Physically Accessible
Our space is designed for ease and comfort. With ADA-compliant entrances, elevators, private bathroom, and parking, families can arrive and move through the office with confidence. Every detail, from the layout to the waiting room design, supports calm, comfortable care.
Accessible Care Options
We understand that every family’s schedule looks different. We offer flexible appointment times, including evenings and telehealth visits, so care can fit simply into your life.
Financial Accessibility
We know private pay can be difficult, so we provide multiple payment options including credit cards and payment plans so families can choose what works best for them. We also give itemized invoices to help with insurance reimbursement, and are committed to submitting invoices on your behalf when possible.
Access to Our Team
Getting care should not be confusing. We make it easy to reach us, communicate with our staff, and get clear answers quickly. We value responsiveness and aim to make every interaction straightforward and kind.
Access to Information
We believe families deserve clarity and support at every step. Our diagnosis-specific email guides, therapy and care resource lists, and educational blog posts help parents understand their child’s needs and feel informed and empowered.
We want to hear from you.
Every child experiences the world in their own way, and we want our space to meet them where they are. If there’s anything we can do to make your visit easier or more comfortable, please tell us. Whether your child has sensory sensitivities, communication preferences, or simply feels best with certain routines, we’re happy to adapt. Our goal is for every family to feel cared for, understood, and at ease from the moment you walk in.
